Returns and Refund Policy

At motormarket.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return and refund under the following conditions:

1. Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
2. Video Proof: Before opening the package, you must record a video as proof. The video must clearly show the unopened package and any damage or issues with the product. Refund requests made without a video or after the package is opened will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process: Once we receive and verify your video, we will process your refund. It may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

We also include a reminder on the package label to record the video before opening.
